Complex testing of coastal and marine objects of specialized oil seaport Kozmino was completed in Primorskiy kray. Complex equipment testing took place upon filling all the objects with process oil, press-service of Specialized oil-loading seaport Kozmino LLC reported.
The overall volume of process crude oil amounted to 80.6 thousand tons (ex Meget station) and 21.9 (ex Skovorodino) thousand tons of oil. All the process oil is not for sale and will be on the balance sheet of Transneft.
Specialized oil-loading seaport Kozmino is designed for railway acceptance of oil at the railway station Gruzovaya, oil discharge from railway tank-cars filling racks in Khmylovka village, oil pumping to an oil farm in Kozmino village area and oil loading into sea tanks for further shipment to the ultimate consumer. The investors are AC Transneft OJSC, Specialized oil-loading seaport Kozmino LLC. Operating organization is Specialized oil-loading seaport Kozmino LLC.
First construction stage capacity will amount to 15 mln tons of oil annually with the possibility of development to 30 mln tons of oil annually; reserve-tanks depot consists of 7 vertical steel tanks with a floating cover (50 thousand m3 capacity) and 2 vertical steel tanks of 10 thousand. m3 each; deadweight of the bunkered tankers is 80 - 150 thousand tons.
Finnish company IPP Oy bought a set of oil of new type VSTO. Loading of 100 thousand tons of raw hydrocarbons will take place on December 27-29.
