Passenger sea terminal of Baltic naval base check points, basin № 3 and basin № 4 (Kaliningrad region) is acknowledged to be ready for operation. This decision was taken based on results of the aforementioned points examination by Coordination Council representatives, Russian Border Services Agency reported.
Coordination Council is as well reported to have been offered a draft document on introduction of changes into the RF Regulation N1273 dated November 17, 2004 on sea border check points merger, basin № 3 and basin № 4, of Baltic naval base into a single sea check point. Amendments suggested by representatives of the State Control Units were taken into consideration in the course of Regulation revision. Text of the draft regulation will be finalized by representatives of Kaliningrad Regional Administration of Russian Border Services Agency and of Kaliningrad Seaport Administration.
