Igor Levitin, Head of the RF Ministry of Transport, to take part in St.-Petersburg – maritime capital of Russia. Human Resources policy conference opening on December 2

Igor Levitin, the RF Minister of Transport will take part in the opening ceremony of II all-Russia conference St.-Petersburg – maritime capital of Russia. Personnel policy held within United Russia party project St.-Petersburg – maritime capital of Russia. As per the information of the event providers, Levitin will have an opening speech to the conference participants.

It is necessary to remind the conference will take place on December 2-3, 2009 in St.-Petersburg. The event is devoted to the peculiarities of human resourcing of transport complex of Russia, pointed issues of resources training for work in transport branch, co-operation of educational community with business-structures.

Main issues of human resources policy in transport sphere are brought up for discussion of plenary session including innovative programs in education, practice organization for the branch specialists, implementation of  target contract training, peculiarities of human resources policy of large companies, corporate educational centres in the enterprises etc.

The following panel discussion will take place within the conference: ‘Influence of educational level of specialists in transport sphere on the quality of hazardous cargo freightage’; ‘Professional standards of transport branch’; ‘Development of private-public partnership in regions: basis for infrastructure modernization’.
