FTS sets new rates of pilot fees at the port of Vysotsky (Leningrad region)

The Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia approved new rates of pilotage dues for the Vyborg- Vysotsk branch of "Rosmorport" at the seaport of Visotsk (Leningrad region). According to FTS, the agency decided to raise the fees rate for piloting service on completion of monitoring of the port’s activities and services in 2008.
The pilotage for all types of ships, except roro, flo-flo ships, container ships and bulkers into the harbor will be 0.62 per operation, piloting out of the harbor - 0,28 per mile . The fees for piloting roro, flo-flo vessels and container ships into the harbor is set at 0.43 per operation and 0.20 per mile out of the harbor. The rate of dues for piloting tankers into the harbor is set at 0.68 per operation and out of the harbor - 0,31 per mile.
