Oil price up $1.35, to $79.89 in London, in New York by $81.50 (+1.29)

As of March 5th, the IPE Brent Crude February futures contract was at $79.89 (+1.35) a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Light Sweet Crude rose by $1.29, to $81.50 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
