NOVATEK, SG-Trans deal on Purovsky’s LPG deliveries

NOVATEK OJSC and SG-Trans Ltd. signed a 5-year-term agreement on transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) produced at Purovsky plant for processing condensate (Purovsky PCP, Tyumen Region). LPG will be carried in SG-Trans’ tanks, NOVATEK statement said.

The contract will provide long-term needs of Novatek for transportation of its LPG produced volumes.

NOVATEK OJSC established in 1994 has become the second largest Russian producer of natural gas. The company is engaged in the exploration, extraction and processing of gas and liquid hydrocarbons. The company’s fields and licensed lots are located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

SG-Trans Ltd. (LPG Trans) is the official freight forwarder of the Russian Railways. The Company provides freight transportation services, including shipment of petroleum products in its own tank-cars.
