Russian FTS, the Federal Tariff Service in its February 27th order (N 29-m / 2) approved tariffs for the loading, offloading and warehousing services provided by Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP). In the same document FTS approves the rules of the NCSP’s tariffs regulations. The tariffs are effective in 10 days over since the document has been published, the press office of the RosMorPort’s Novorossiysk branch said.
