Oil price up $1.43, to $86.15 in London, in New York to $85.84 (+1.79)

As of April 14th, the IPE Brent Crude futures contract rose to $86.15 (+1.43) a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange.

Light Sweet Crude gained $1.79 to $85.84 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
