The Russian Ministry of Transport has published the text of the order of 12 April 2010 N 86 "On establishing the areas of optional and compulsory pilotage". According to the order, the Ministry of Transport established the non-mandatory pilotage region in the Azov Sea from the Kerch Strait to the sea ports of the Russian Federation and to the buoy of the Azov-Don Sea Canal. Seaports of Temryuk, Kavkaz, Yeisk, Taganrog, Azov, Rostov-on-Don and Azov-Don Sea Canal are included in the compulsory pilotage area
By the Order of April 12, 2010 is hereby abolished the order of the Ministry of Transport of July 20, 2001 N 119 "On establishing the area of compulsory pilotage" (registered by Ministry of Justice of Russia on Nov. 26, 2001, registration N 3055).
