A 4.7-magnitude quake troubles Japan’s Honshu

Earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 occurred in the eastern part of Honshu (Japan) 17 April, 4:38 am local time (11:38, April 16, MT). According to the National Geological Survey U.S., the quake epicenter was 15 km off the city of Niigata and 260 km of Tokyo.
