Oil price settles at $84.77 in London, in New York falls to $81.45

As of April 17th, the IPE Brent Crude futures contract dropped by $1.76 to $84.77 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Light Sweet Crude was traded at $81.45 (- $1.79) on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
