Alexandr Glukhov, Chief of Safety of Navigation, deputy harbormaster of the seaport of Big Port of St. Petersburg in its order removed restrictions on ice navigation for the vessels without Ice Class in the fairway to the Big Port of St. Petersburg, RosMorPort statement said.
