In its Decree (N610) the Russian Government from April 21 has established the boundaries of the sea port of Korsakov of Sakhalin. The document has been posted on the Russian Govt’s official website.
The Port of Korsakov is located on the shores of Aniva Bay in the Sea of Okhotsk. Korsakov CSP, the only stevedore operating at the port. The KCSP’s throughput was at 847,800 tons of dry cargoes in 2009.
