Oil price up $0.38, to $86.16 in London, in New York to $83.22 (+$0.78)

As of April 28th, the IPE Brent Crude futures contract rose by $0.38 to $86.16 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Light Sweet Crude gained $0.78 to $83.22 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
