RosTerminalUgol’s exports some 2m tons of coal this year

Since early this year RosTerminalUgol, a stevedoring company has exported 2.017.933.083 tons of coal. The 2nd million was loaded onto Miho Pracat bulker on April 27th, the press service of the company said.

RosTerminalUgol, a stevedore, operating at the port of Ust-Luga, Leningrad region, part of KuzbassRazrezUgol Holding, was established in 1996 to construct and operate the coal terminal at the commercial seaport of Ust-Luga. The Terminal’s projected capacity is of 8 million tons of coal annually. RosTerminalUgol provides a full ranged of customized services, handling operations, freight forwarding, insurance services for goods and property, the risks of transactions, construction and maintenance of the facilities of a specialized coal transshipment complex. The Coal Terminal has two 540m-long, 14m-deep berths, to accommodate 32.2m-breadth, 240m-long vessels. In 2009 the Company transshipped via the terminal 7,083.538 tons of coal for export, unloaded 99.242 rail cars, handled 200 ships.
