The Corp. said it will form a subsidiary company Region-TransStroy for effective management of the construction. The Holding’s assets will also participate in the project.
The LGP complex was ordered by Sibur-Portenergo, a subsidiary company of Sibur", implementing the project of building the terminal.
The Sibur’s terminal at Ust-Luga port is designed for the handling of liquefied petroleum gas and light oil from railway tanks, intermediate storage and loading onto ships, gas carriers and tankers for export. The projected annual capacity of the complex is reported to be 4 million tons, including: LPG - 1.5 million tons a year (propane, butane), light oil - 2.5 million tons / year (BGS, naphtha, gasoline). The liquid cargo will be carried in 12-m-long 83 tanks by rail.
