Crude, petroleum products exports via Primorsk port in Jan-Jul at 45m tons

Seven-month volume of oil and petroleum products through the port of Primorsk (Leningrad Oblast) amounted to 44,945.800 tons, including 3,151.200 tons of diesel, nearly the last year’s level, the Authority of Big Port of St. Petersburg said.
 
In July, crude exports rose to about 6 million tons, diesel fuel – to about 640,000 tons (27% up over the same period last year).

Sea port of Primorsk is the largest port for exports of crude oil and petroleum products in the North-West region of Russia. In 2009 there were 1,869 calls at the port (935 inbound ships and 934 outbound ones). Primorsk handled 79,157,200 tons of oil and diesel fuel.
