In August, Transneft increased its initial export plan for Primorsk by 600.000 tonnes to load 6.1 million, after fears of forest fires forced the Russian pipeline monopoly to postpone the maintenance.
Preliminary loading plans for Primorsk showed that crude loadings may fall sharply between September 6-11.
Urals supplies from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk URL-E may reach 3.5 million tonnes in September, in line with regular shipments, while loadings of Siberian Light SIB-E from another Black Sea port of Tuapse are scheduled at 421,000 tonnes.
