Ukrainian President sacks the head of water transport agency

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych dismissed the head of the State Service of Sea and River Transport Sergei Kryzhanovsky from his post, the presidential press service said.

The report said that Kryzhanovsky was discharged in accordance with paragraph 1 of the first part of Article 40 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

Mr. Kryzhanovsky was appointed to the post on December 29, 2010.
