Alexander Ovodovsky was appointed Acting General Director of PJSC Fleet of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Fleet (Fleet of NCSP) effective as of November 8th, the company said.
NCSP Fleet also announced early termination of office and resignation of General Director of NCSP Fleet Igor Faydysh as of November 7, 2011.
Mr. Ovodovsky will be performing his duty until AGM of stockholders elect the new head of the company.
PJSC Fleet of NCSP (part of NCSP Group) is the largest private towing and tugboat company in Russia, offering a full range of fleet services at the port, including tug and towing services, bunkerage of fuel, oil, and water, and fire and environmental protection services. The company operates a fleet of 46 vessels, including tugs, bunker ships, specialized vessels and inshore boats.
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group is the largest Russian port operator.
