Mucduff secures order from Pella Shipyard for Autoliner Design & Drawing package

In November 2011, Macduff Ship Design Ltd. concluded a contract with the Leningrad shipyard "Pella" to provide a complete Design & Drawing package for an advanced design 47.5m Autoliner, the design company said.
 
Featuring a moon pool and a comprehensive processing deck the vessel will be the first of it's class to be built in Russia, first of it's class for a Russian owner and first large fishing vessel to be built by Pella - predominately a tug builder.

JSC Pella Shipyard based in Russia’s Leningrad region was founded in 1950. In 1992 the shipyard was privatized as Pella Holding Co. comprising the head office and several subsidiaries. The shipbuilding firm specializes in building harbor tugs with rated power of 1,000-5,000hp, pusher tugs, escort tugs, pilot boats and rescue boats for Russian and foreign customers.
