Cochin shipyard appoints Mr Sunder as new director

Mr RS Sunder has assumed charge as director (operations) of Cochin Shipyard Ltd, Steelguru reports.
In a professional career spanning over three decades, Mr Sunder held various important appointments in the Indian Navy prior to his retirement.
Prior to joining the shipyard, he was Project Director, Project 17 Ships (Stealth Frigates) at Mazagon Dock Ltd, Mumbai, and led the team to deliver two ships INS Shivalik and INS Satpura to the Indian Navy.
