PortNews Media Group held on November 23, 2011 a briefing on recently enacted pro-shipbuilding bill at the display booth of the Russian Ministry of Transport in the framework of business program "Transport Week 2011".
During the briefing Director of State Policy for Maritime and River Transport of Ministry of Transport Konstantin Palnikov told journalists about the federal law supporting the shipbuilding and shipping of the county (Federal Law 305 "On Amendments to Certain Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with the implementation of measures to support the Russian shipbuilding and shipping).
