Emirates Shipping Line will apply $250 congestion surcharge on all booking and imports taken for Mombasa and Dar es Salaam on its AFA and GIA services, Seatrade Asia online reports. The shipping firm announced on Tuesday that the surcharge will be effective on all bookings issued after 1 December 2011.
