Russian President Dmitry Medvedev dismissed Viktor Khristenko as the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin press service reported.
Viktor Khristenko was awarded the Order of Honor for his contribution to the country’s industry development, the report said.
Viktor Khristenko left the post in connection with the transfer to another job, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EurAsEC), a new permanent regulatory authority of the Customs Union and Common economic space of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
