TA Management (LLC Transport Assets Management, part of the international transport group UCL Holding) appointed Igor Fedorov as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 15, UCLH said Thursday.
Igor Fedorov takes over from Oleg Bukin, who had been named CEO of JSC Freight One (JSC FO).
Mr. Fedorov was born in 1966. In 1990 he graduated from Moscow State University. In 2004 he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Sea Port St. Petersburg. From 2009 Mr. Fedorov has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Tuapse Commercial Seaport and JSC Taganrog Commercial Sea Port, a member of the Board of JSC North-Western Shipping Company, JSC Volga Shipping Company, JSC Western Shipping Company and LLC Independent Transport Company.
Since 2011 he also has been a member of the Board of Managing Directors of UCL Rail BV, and UCL Port BV - holding companies of rail and stevedoring divisions of the Group. In 2012 Igor Fedorov was named as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC Freight One.
LLC TA Management is the company of UCLH, established to streamline the Russian assets management, to implement coordinated investment policy in the Group’s transport companies.
