FTS updates tariffs for handling oil at Ust-Luga terminal

The Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia has approved the new tariff rates effective from February 29, for handling crude oil by Transneft, at the tank farm "Ust-Luga" based in Leningrad region in the amount of RUB 10,621.47 / 100 tons of petroleum.
