The oil tanker Engineer Nazarov is aflame in the Caspian Sea and its crew is being evacuated, reports RIA Novosti. Six persons have already been rendered to safety, but at least one has tragically perished, said the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, as quoted by RIA. The tanker, owned by Russian Volgotanker company from Astrakhan, was located near the port Makhachkala, capital of Russian Republic of Dagestan.
