Deputy head of Rosmorrechflot Sergey Kondratyev resigned at his own request on February 28, the Transport Ministry said.
Before his appointment in Rosmorrechflot on March 15, 2011, Sergey Kondratyev had headed the Maritime State Academy named after Adm. Ushakov based in Novorossiysk. The officials did not disclose who will replace Mr. Kondratyev.
