The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has published draft orders approving the mandatory by-laws at the ports of Taganrog, Dudinka, Tuapse, Eisk, and Olga.
The mandatory regulations in the seaports were developed in accordance with the Federal Law (Nov. 8, 2007 № 261-FL) "On the Sea Ports in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", with the Federal Law (April 30, 1999 № 81-FL) "Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation," with the General rules of navigation and berthing in the ports of Russia and on the approaches to them.
