Transportation Ministry issues draft order on classification and inspection of ships

The Russian Ministry of Transport has published a draft order "On Approval of the Classification and Certification of Ships."

The document on the classification and certification of vessels determines the procedure of classification and inspection of vessels of inland and mixed sailings (river-sea) by organizations authorized to classify and inspect Russian-flagged vessels.
