Gulf of Finland-based Russian ports update port dues

Harbour Master of Big Port St. Petersburg in his order (№ 120, June 7, 2012) has approved the rates of port charges and the rules for its use in the ports Big Port of St. Petersburg, Passenger Port St. Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Primorsk, Vysotsk and Vyborg.
