President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has signed a law (№ 4709-VI) «On the seaports of Ukraine", which enables privatization of the port infrastructure, excluding strategic facilities, the presidential press office said.
The state-owned property set for privatization includes the property complexes of state-owned enterprises and shares in public joint stock companies formed in the process of corporatization on the basis of workshops, production facilities, plots of land, other units of state enterprises, state-owned stakes in the authorized capital of companies, formed on the basis of common property complexes, built with participation of public and private partnership, etc.
