Gazprom set to boost LNG exports
Gazprom expects to increase its annual exports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to 20m tons-25m tons by 2030, RBC reports quoting the gas monopoly's Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev.
This figure includes the company's new LNG projects. Gazprom has no new LNG supply deals, but is considering several transactions to swap pipeline gas for LNG.
LNG exports from the Sakhalin-2 offshore project in Russia's Far East are expected to amount to 10.5m tons in 2012, flat year-on-year, Medvedev said.
