Ministry of Transport to regulate water transport facilities construction

Russia’s Transportation Ministry has published a draft order "On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport fro providing public services for issuing permits for building and commissioning of some facilities of sea and inland waterway transport."
