Rosneft buys back 3 percent of shares

Rosneft has repurchased 321.96m voting shares or a little over 3% of its share capital on the open market, RBC reports citing the company's statement.

The transaction was executed on June 14. The company's board of directors approved in February the repurchase price at RUB 212 (approx. USD 6.53) per share.
