Authorities of four Russia’s Far Eastern ports merge into Primorsky Territory PA

The process of reorganization of the ports authorities (PA) of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Nakhodka and Chukotka and combining them into a single FSI Primorsky Territory Ports Authority has legally been completed, Vladivostok Harbormaster told PortNews.

The port of Vladivostok Harbormaster, head of the Federal Primorsky Territory Ports Authority Alexander Kuvshinov explained that on July 11, 2012 some changes in the Charter of the FGI Primorsky Territory PA were registered in the regional Tax Inspectorate office. The federal organization has received documents on the liquidation of FSI "Nakhodka PA" FSI "Vostochny PA," FSI "Chukotka PA."

The order on reorganization of the FSI Primorsky Territory Ports Authority was signed by the Minister of Transport on February 14, 2012. Since then, work has begun on the inventory of the property complex of the four ports authorities. The property acceptance and handover certificate was prepared and submitted to Rosmorrechflot at the end of June 2012. Based on these documents Rosmorrechflot’s chief Alexander Davydenko on July 3rd signed a decree (№ AD-166r) on amendments to the Charter of the FSI Primorsky Territory Ports Authority.
