Independent director Alexander Voloshin was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Freight One JSC (PGK). Russian Railways Vice President Salman Babaev was named Chairman Deputy at a meeting of the Council of the new Board of Directors held on July 16th. The Board also re-elected its committees from among the existing members of the Board of Directors.
The Strategic Planning Committee members are as follows; Salman Babaev, Oleg Bagrin, Oleg Bukin, Alexander Sapronov and Dmitry Lisin. The Human Resources and Remuneration Committee members are as follows: Alexei Davydov, Dmitry Lisin, Alexander Sapronov and Igor Fedorov. The Audit Committee - Oleg Bagrin, Alexei Davydov, Oleg Kiselev and Dmitry Lisin.
"The new committees were formed solely from the existing members of the Board of Directors, which meets the highest international standards of corporate governance," said Freight One’s General Director Oleg Bukin.
