Ministry posts draft amendments to maritime industry laws

Russian Ministry of Transportation has published the draft amendments to the law "On Sea Ports in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and the RF Water Code, the Urban Planning Code of the RF, the Merchant Shipping Code of the RF, Inland Water Transport Code of the RF, the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, other legislative acts to improve the regulation of activities in the ports and bring the industry laws to uniformity.
