OJSC Freight One increased cargo transport in February 2009 by 4% to 11.2 million tonnes in comparison with January, the company said according to Interfax.
In February, the company transported 4.2 million tonnes of oil (up 53%), 4 million tonnes of coal (down 13.%), 500,000 tonnes of cement (up 52.6%), 900,000 tonnes of construction materials (up 82%), 800,000 million tonnes of ore (up 1.1%0 and 100,000 tonnes of ferrous metals (down 20.6%).
In comparison with February 2008, the company's total transport increased by 490% from 1.9 million tonnes.
