Russia's oil exports fell 3.4% year-on-year in January to 20.5 million metric tons (150 million barrels), the country's top statistics body said on Wednesday according to RIA Novosti.
Oil accounted for 35.2% of Russia's exports in the reporting period compared with 38% a year earlier, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.
Oil production in Russia fell 0.8% year-on-year in January to 41 million metric tons (300.5 million barrels), Rosstat said.
