According to the corporate materials of SCF Group, its backlog of orders consists of 10 difficult vessels as of March 2013. Within three years the company intends to make 20 professional crews (some 450 seafarers), which are to be attracted both from the candidate pool and from outside. Key positions are to be given to experienced personnel of SCF Group.
