Nikolai Volov, former Director General of Yantar shipyard (Kaliningrad), his deputy on state order Vasili Sukhachev and deputy on economics and finance Lidiya Prikhodko, have been convicted for stealing RUR 4 million allocated within the framework of state defense order, Gudok cites Oksana Ponomareva, senior aide to a Prosecutor of the Kaliningrad region.
According to the source, the Baltic regional court of the Kaliningrad found that Volov being a Director General of Yantar shipyard entered into a conspiracy with his deputies in order to steal federal money allocated for implementation of the state defense order. The court sentenced Volov to 6 years of custody and fine of RUR 600,000, Sukhachev - 7 years and RUR 600,000, Prikhodko - 5 years and 6 months and RUR 600,000. The convicted were taken into custody in the court.
