IFO prices end lower on May 9th

Ship & Bunker price data showed global IFO bunker prices mostly ended the day lower on Thursday, May 9th.

Singapore IFO380 moved down $2.00 to $618.00 per metric tonne (pmt) for a week-on-week change of $+12.00, while low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) rose $10.00 to $668.50, making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $50.50 pmt.

Rotterdam IFO380 was down $2.00 to $593.50 pmt for a gain of $14.00 over the last week, and LS380 at the port fell $1.50 to $617.50, slightly widening the premium for the low sulfur product to $24.00 pmt.

Fujairah IFO380 was down $1.50 to $627.50 pmt, but was still up $11.00 week-on-week.

Houston IFO380 was down for a second day, slipping $2.50 to $601.00 pmt for a week-on-week gain of $14.00. LS380 at the port was down $5.00 to $651.50, $5.50 higher than this time last week but with a spread of $16.00 in that time.
