  Mediterranean Shipping Company announces surcharge on cargo from Asia to Europe

  

  MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company announces a change in tarification to be applied to all cargo from Asia to Europe as of June 01, 2013, as follows : 
  
      For the trade Asia and Bangladesh to North Europe, Scandinavia, Baltic, West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, North Africa and Black Sea, MSC will not publish any update for Bunker Utilization Contribution (BUC), nor Piracy Surcharge (PRS), nor Suez Canal Surcharge (SCS).
       
      These surcharges level published for the month of MAY 2013 have been rolled into the Ocean Freight and therefore as from JUNE 1st, rate quoted by MSC on the above legs will be “NOT SUBJECT TO BUC, PRS AND SCS”
