First train with 4,300 tonnes of gas condensate unloaded at port Ust-Luga
First train with stable gas condensate (SGC) has been unloaded at Rosneftbunker terminal of port Ust-Luga, the terminal’s press center informs. The train was unloaded to start up operations at the terminal of NOVATEK-Ust-Luga LLC.
4,300 tonnes of product were discharged at rack No 3 of Rosneftbunker OJSC with the direct supply to NOVATEK’s LNG fractionation and transshipment complex within start up operations. All the systems of both technologically involved terminals operated normally.
By the end of May 2013, Rosneftbunker terminal is to accept some 40,000 tonnes of stable gas condensate.
NOVATEK production complex in Ust-Luga comprises the facilities on fractionation and transshipment of stable gas condensate. When the complex is fully operational, it will be able to process up to 6 mln t of SGC and to produce naphta, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene and furnace oil.
