Mediterranean Shipping Company hikes rates for South Asia-Australia trade

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) will implement General Rate Increase (GRI) on all cargo from Southeast Asia (Malaysia - Singapore - Indonesia - Thailand - Cambodia - Myanmar - Vietnam) to any Australian port, the shipping company said in a press release.

The GRI is effective as of October 1, 2013 and will be USD 250 per TEU
