Executives of Krylovskiy Center face collusion, unfavorable deal charges, loss of RUB 306m

St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office has filed criminal charges against undisclosed senior executives of FSUE Krylovskiy State Scientific Center (Krylovskiy SSC) on the grounds of an offense under Part 2 of Art. 35, Part 1, Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (abuse of authority committed by a group of persons by prior agreement), the law enforcement agency said in a press release.

Prosecutors conducting a probe said that several executives of Krylovsky Scientific Center in Nov.-Dec. 2012 entered into an agreement with JSC International Industrial Bank, in order to reap benefits through a clearly losing deal by an acquisition in an auction of an equity stake of OJSC the Iceberg Central Design Bureau, for obviously excessive price – RUB 306.50 million.
