LUKOIL OJSC is going to invest about RUB 800 bln into the development of Caspian, Baltic and Azov fields till 2021, IAA PortNews journalist cites Ilya Mandrik, LUKOIL Vice-President for geological exploration, as saying at RAO/CIS Offshore 2013.
According to him, the investment will be made into the Baltic offshore fields, Yu. Korchagin field (production is in progress there), V. Filanovsky field (production is to start in early 2016) and Khvalynsky field.
Ilya Mandrik says 25 production platforms and about 1,000 km of pipelines are to be bult in the North Caspian area.
