Since bunkering restrictions were introduced by the teletypogram of the Central Energy Customs chief (dated 22.08.2013), 23 tankers could not get bunker in the port of Ust-Luga. As the participants of the port’s bunkering market told IAA PortNews, 13 accepted tankers cancelled bunkering contracts and requests for bunkering were not accepted from 10 other tankers. Two tankers were bunkered at the port’s outer harbour.
